Jacqueline Anne Weirich

January 24, 1939 - January 5, 2018

Jacqueline Anne Weirich, 78, of Batavia passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born January 24, 1939 in Joliet, IL the daughter of Wesley and Michelene (nee Tasharski) Lister.  She was united in marriage to Clarence Weirich June 24, 1971, in Geneva, IL. 

Jacqueline loved bowling, golfing, playing bunco, reading books, doing crossword puzzles.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was a supportive grandma who loved watching them in all their actives and sports.  Jackie was a member of the Women of the Moose. 

She is survived by her two children Kelly (Daniel) Hengle, and Wesley (Candy) Weirich; three step-sons Michael (Joanne) Weirich, Randall (Darla) Weirich, and Mark Weirich; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Clarence. 

Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Moss Family Funeral Home 209 South Batavia Ave. Batavia, IL 60510.

Funeral services will begin with prayers 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 12, 2018 from Moss Family Funeral Home before proceeding to Holy Cross Catholic Church 2300 Main Street Batavia, IL to celebrate Mass at 10:30 A.M.  Interment will follow the Mass at Resurrection Cemetery in Geneva, IL.
