  • Carmen Beatriz Soto de Vilani There have always been people who have made a great impact in our lives. That is the case of Ms Arlette Hall who was my American mother 33 years ago when I was an exchange teacher in Batavia. So, it was very sad to know about her passing. I will always remember her and will be grateful to have shared that experience with the Hall family. My best thoughts for dad Hall, Haidy, Lance, Pennie and grandchildren. Love, Beatriz
