Mary Phyllis Kobald

September 5, 1932 - October 30, 2019

Mary Phyllis Kobald, 87, of St. Charles passed away, Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at her home. She was born September 5, 1932, in Omaha, NE the daughter of George and Emily (Stava) Troop.  She was united in marriage to Raymond C. Kobald August 22, 1953, in Plattsmouth, NE.

She is survived by her loving husband Raymond; seven children, Ursula (Elmer) Manuel, Raymond (Jill) Kobald, Karl (Jill Dotson) Kobald, Regina (Larry) Lande, Clare (Ben) McCarthy, Emily Fitzpatrick, and John Kobald; eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and her devoted caregiver, Dayo Paramole. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister Annette Sharpnack.

Visitation will be held 2:00 P.M until 6:00 P.M. Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Moss-Norris Funeral Home 100 South Third Street St. Charles, IL.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 A.M. Monday, November 4, 2019 at St. Patrick Parish 6N487 Crane Road St. Charles, IL.  She will lie in state from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the Mass at the Church.  Interment will follow the Mass at the Union Cemetery in St. Charles.
