Griffin Alexander Rex Corbitt, 21, of Batavia passed away Sunday, February 7,2021. He was born July 12, 1999, in Geneva IL. The Son of Robin Alexander Corbitt and Sheila Marie Johnson.

Griffin was a sweet soul with an amazing ability to make everyone laugh and smile. His friends and family appreciated and loved his ability to truly listen when he was needed, No matter what was going on in his own life. He always lended a shoulder for someone to cry on, all while being respectful and understanding of other’s opinions and feelings.

Those that met him, even for a moment, knew of his love and need to express himself. It was always with vividness and without hesitation, no matter how loudly he had to say it to the world. He was incredibly smart, and with a sense of humor that could make a room burst with laughter. Most of all, he had the biggest and most loving heart for everyone and everything around him.
