I am so sorry for your loss. No matter how old you are when you die, you are never old enough. The reason is mentioned in Ecclesiastes 3:11, tell us that God has put eternity into our hearts that we may never know all of his creation from start to finish. Humans were created to live forever. If Adam and Eve would not have sinned. they along with their descendants would have lived forever without ever dying. We do have a for sure hope. Jesus made this promise in John 5:28,29. This is concerning the resurrection hope. We have the prospect of seeing our loved ones again. Psalms 37:10,11, 29, and 72:7,8, tell us about the wonderful conditions that we will be surrounded by.
