Chuck was one of the first friends I had when I moved to Orland Park in 1959. That friendship lasted over 5 decades. My wife and I always held a special place in our hearts for Chuck & Betsy and their girls. Find a good fishing spot and "hold it" for us when our time comes so we can all go fishing together again!

Words just can't express how we feel. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Betsy, and also your wonderful family. Like everyone else, our family is in unbelievable shock. Chuck was a very special soul. He always had a smile and a positive outlook. Everyone knows how much he adored you, Betsy. And, of course, his face would alway light up when he spoke of his family. My heart is so full. I pray that the strong faith that I know you have, will help you with strength to move through this sad time. Love and Light,
Rosemary, Lee and family

I am deeply saddened to hear this news. Chuck was a cousin, though much younger, that I was looking forward to meeting this summer after recently reconnecting with the Metcalfe clan. May God hold you close during this difficult time.
