Darla D. Casey

June 4, 1930 - June 15, 2012

Darla D. Casey, 82, of Aurora, passed away June 15, 2012 at Rush-Copley Medical Center. She was born June 4, 1930 in Columbus, OH, the daughter of Marion and Bessie (nee Crosby) Kidwell. She was united in marriage to Thomas E. Casey on October 26, 1963 in Los Angeles, CA. She was a member of the First Apostolic Church of Aurora. She is survived by her children, Anna (Jesse) Mancilla of Aurora and Thomas Casey II of Pacolet, SC; four grandchildren, Joshua Mancilla, Thomas (Erica Hart) Casey III, Anita (Brad) Arms, and Angie Casey; two great-grandchildren, Samuel Arms and Bentley Casey; two brothers, Bill (Juanita) Kidwell and Jack (Millie) Kidwell; and a sister, Lucille (Jim) Brookbank. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 18, 2012 at River Hills Memorial Park Chapel in Batavia. Rev. Bill Coltharp officiating.
