It is such a sad day to say good-bye to one of the coolest old broads I know. I always wanted to be Aunt Bess when I grew up...she lived life with such zest and passion! I will always treasure her advise to me, "it's the hair and lipstick that make a difference!" My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family...she was your beloved mother, mother-in-law and Grandma. We will all miss her!

my grandmother has been such an inspiration to me. She always seemed so positive and had a zest for living each day to the fullest! she never seemed to focus on the negative. she never turned down an opportunity to spend time with family or friends and her faith was a staple in her life. i will forever be inspired by the person that she was and try to keep the same positive outlook that i learned from her. she also kept us all on our toes and would surprise us all with the really funny off the wall stuff she would say. there never was a dull moment! don't take life too seriously. i learned a lot from my grandmother. i love you grandma! rest in peace

Bess was an amazing woman! Met her at Sears when we worked together... my brother later moved next door to her... I feel like she was a part of our family and she will be dearly missed. Bess was the nicest woman ever and really cared about everyone - she would bring me home with her and cook me lunch during our Sears days. My condolences to the whole family - she was an amazing woman and I am honored to have known her all these years.
