Kimberly Hope Cook

June 9, 1968 - February 9, 2013

Kimberly Hope Cook, age 43, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at her residence in North Aurora, IL.  She was born in Houston, TX on June 9, 1968, the adopted daughter of Ira H. and Jeanette (nee Jennings) Starratt.  She was united in marriage to Randy Cook on April 23, 1993 in Houston, TX.  Kim was a finance manager for OOCL (USA) Inc. for over 13 years. She is survived by her beloved husband, Randy of North Aurora; her step-children, Blair and Kent Cook of Dallas TX; her birth parents, Don and Mary McKeehan of Pagosa Springs, CO; her sisters, Valerie Rieke, Judy (Richard) Brown, Traci McKeehan, Kelli (Michael) McKeehan-Markley; and two grandchildren, Tristin and Nickholas Cook, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.  She is preceded in death by her adopted parents.  A memorial service will be held at 8:30 P.M. on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 S. Batavia Ave. (Rt. 31) in Batavia.  Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.  Interment will be private.
